Surveys of Federal Employees: Merit Principles Survey 2016

MSPB Announces The 2016 Merit Principles Survey (MPS)

The U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) is releasing its Merit Principles Survey 2016, a Government-wide survey of Federal employees and supervisors that covers a variety of workforce issues such as prohibited personnel practices, work environment, HR support and advisory services, and selected aspects of your work experience. Survey results provide valuable insight into the state of merit principle protections in the Federal Government. Your responses will be used to inform reports to the President of the United States, Congress, and leaders throughout the government about how well merit principles are being protected.
